Stenbolone Acetate (often called Sten) is a very rare anabolic steroid that shares similarities with both Primobolan and Anadrol.
Chemically, it is 2-methyl-5alpha-androst-1-en-3-one-17beta-ol. It is essentially the injectable version of a 2-methylated DHT derivative. It was popular in the 1980s but largely vanished from the market, recently making a comeback via boutique UGLs (Underground Labs).

Mechanism of Action
Stenbolone is structurally very similar to Primobolan (Metenolone). The difference is the position of the methyl group (C2 vs C1).
Like Primobolan, it does not aromatize into estrogen. It provides lean, dry gains. However, users often report it feels "stronger" or provides a fuller look than Primobolan, leading to comparisons with Anadrol (though without the water retention).
