Testosterone Suspension
A profile on pure, un-esterified testosterone suspended in water. The most potent and fastest-acting form of testosterone available.
Testosterone Suspension
Testosterone Suspension (Test Susp) is pure testosterone hormone with no ester attached. It is suspended in a water base (though some oil-based versions exist).
Because there is no ester taking up weight, 100mg of Suspension is 100mg of active Testosterone. It hits the bloodstream almost instantly. It is renowned for extreme strength gains and pre-workout aggression but comes with a very high rate of side effects and painful injections.
Quick Specs
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Active Compound | Testosterone (No Ester) |
| Half-Life | < 24 Hours (Active within 1 hour) |
| Detection Time | ~1-2 Days |
| Anabolic/Androgenic Ratio | 100 : 100 |
| Chemical Family | Testosterone |
| Administration | Injectable (IM) - Water Base |
Mechanism of Action
Without an ester to delay release, the testosterone enters the blood immediately upon injection. This causes a massive, rapid spike in nitrogen retention and IGF-1 output.
Pharmacokinetics & Dosing
Half-Life: < 24 Hours
- Frequency: Twice Daily is optimal to avoid crashing. Some use it only on training days Pre-Workout.
- Solubility: Crystals often crash out of the water solution. The vial must be shaken vigorously before drawing. Using a larger gauge needle (23G) is often necessary to prevent clogging, which adds to the pain.
Primary Effects
1. Instant Strength
Users often report setting PRs within the first week of use. The CNS drive is immediate.
2. Mass
Rapid weight gain, though much of it is water retention due to the massive spike in estrogen.
3. Pre-Workout
Often used purely as a pre-workout stimulant for aggression and pump.
Side Effects & Harm Reduction
Infection Risk:
Bacteria loves water: Water-based steroids do not have the natural antimicrobial properties of benzyl alcohol/oil solutions. The risk of bacteria growth and abscesses is significantly higher. Sterile technique must be flawless.
1. Pain (PIP)
Water suspension is notoriously painful. The crystals irritate the muscle tissue.
2. Estrogen Shock
Because the entire dose hits the blood at once, conversion to estrogen is rapid and massive. Gyno can flare up within days.
- Management: AIs must be dosed aggressively.
3. "Roid Flu"
The rapid fluctuation in hormones often causes flu-like symptoms (fever, aches) upon starting.
Tracking Test Suspension
Using the Anabolic Tracker app:
- Inventory: Add Testosterone Suspension.
- Scheduling: Twice Daily or Pre-Workout.
- Metrics: Track Inflammation or Injection Site Pain. If a site becomes hot and red, seek medical attention immediately (abscess risk).
