CJC-1295 (No DAC)
A profile on Mod GRF 1-29, the short-acting GHRH analog designed to mimic natural pulsatile Growth Hormone release.
CJC-1295 (No DAC)
CJC-1295 (No DAC), often correctly referred to as Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH).
Unlike its cousin "CJC-1295 w/ DAC" which lasts for days, this version has a very short half-life (~30 minutes). This is a good thing. It allows users to time injections to create a natural, powerful pulse of GH without causing the "GH bleed" that can desensitize the pituitary gland.
Quick Specs
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Active Compound | Mod GRF 1-29 |
| Half-Life | ~30 Minutes |
| Mechanism | GHRH Agonist |
| Administration | Subcutaneous (SubQ) |
Mechanism of Action
It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary.
- The Synergist: It is rarely run solo. When run alone, it's weak. When stacked with a GHRP (like Ipamorelin or GHRP-6), it acts as a multiplier. The GHRP starts the pulse, and the Mod GRF amplifies it.
- Analogy: The GHRP opens the fire hose valve, the Mod GRF widens the hose nozzle.
Pharmacokinetics & Dosing
Dosing Protocol
- Dosage: 100mcg per injection.
- Frequency: 2-3 times daily (stacked with your GHRP).
- Timing:
- Empty Stomach: Fats and carbs (insulin) blunt the GH release. Inject 20-30 mins before food or 2 hours after.
Primary Effects
1. Maximum GH Pulse
Creates the highest possible peak of GH release when stacked, mimicking the body's natural rhythm.
2. No Water Retention
Unlike the DAC version, the short pulses rarely cause significant water retention ("moon face").
3. Pituitary Health
Maintains the natural sensitivity of the gland better than long-acting analogs.
Side Effects & Harm Reduction
Injection Flush:
Vasodilation: A common, harmless side effect is a warm flushing sensation in the face and temples about 5-10 minutes after injection. This confirms the product is real and working.
1. Injection Fatigue
Requires frequent pinning (3x daily) which can get tedious.
Tracking CJC-1295 (No DAC)
Using the Anabolic Tracker app:
- Inventory: Add CJC-1295 (No DAC).
- Scheduling: Three Times Daily.
- Notes: Usually part of a "Stack" entry with Ipamorelin.
