RAD-150 (TLB-150 Benzoate) is essentially an "evolution" of the popular SARM RAD-140 (Testolone).
Chemically, it is the RAD-140 molecule with a benzoate ester attached. This process (esterification) is common in anabolic steroids (like Testosterone Enanthate vs. Testosterone Base) to stabilize the compound and extend its active life in the body. RAD-150 aims to provide the same potent muscle-building effects as RAD-140 but with more stable blood serum levels.

Mechanism of Action
The mechanism is identical to RAD-140: it binds selectively to androgen receptors in muscle and bone. However, the benzoate ester must first be cleaved off by the body's metabolism before the active RAD-140 molecule can bind to the receptor.
This delayed release mechanism results in a longer duration of action and arguably better absorption.

While RAD-140 has a half-life of roughly 60 hours, the esterification of RAD-150 likely extends the functional stability of the compound, preventing sharp peaks and crashes.
- Frequency: Once Daily is more than sufficient. Some users even dose Every Other Day (EOD).
- Dosage: 10mg to 20mg per day.
- Accumulation: Because of the long half-life, it takes longer (2+ weeks) to reach peak saturation in the blood compared to non-esterified SARMs.

1. Hair Loss
The shedding associated with Testolone is present in this esterified version as well.
2. Liver Toxicity
Despite being esterified, it is still metabolized orally and can elevate liver enzymes.
