RAD-140 (Testolone) is considered one of the most potent SARMs available. It was developed to treat muscle wasting and breast cancer.
In the fitness community, it is the direct competitor to LGD-4033. While LGD is for mass/bulk, RAD-140 is for strength, aggression, and dry, dense gains. It is often described as the "Trenbolone of SARMs" (though much milder than actual Tren).

Mechanism of Action
RAD-140 has an extremely high affinity for the androgen receptor (stronger than testosterone itself). It selectively targets muscle and bone tissues. Uniquely, it has been shown in animal models to have a neuroprotective effect against Alzheimer's.

Half-Life: ~60 Hours
Update: Old "bro-science" claimed a 24-hour half-life. Newer clinical data suggests the half-life is actually closer to 60 hours.
- Implication: Daily dosing causes significant accumulation in the blood. It takes about 10-14 days to reach peak stable levels.
- Frequency: Daily or Every Other Day (EOD) are both viable strategies. EOD may reduce side effects.
- Dosage: 10mg to 20mg per day.

RAD-140 is famous for rapid strength increases and a noticeable boost in workout "aggression" and drive.
2. Dry Lean Mass
It builds hard, dense muscle. It does not aromatize, so there is no water retention. The look is very "cosmetic."

Due to its high anabolic rating and metabolic stress, it aids in body recomposition (building muscle while losing fat).
Side Effects & Harm Reduction
High Suppression:
Shutdown: RAD-140 is highly suppressive. It will crash your SHBG and suppress LH/FSH significantly. Running a "Test Base" (like 4-Andro or Enclomiphene) on cycle is highly recommended to prevent lethargy and libido crash. A robust PCT is mandatory.
1. Hair Shedding
Many users report increased hair shedding (telogen effluvium) on RAD-140.
2. Liver Enzymes
ALT/AST levels will rise. Liver support is needed.
3. Aggression
Short temper and irritability are commonly reported side effects.
