GHRP-6
GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6) is a first-generation GH secretagogue. Like Ipamorelin, it stimulates the pituitary to release growth hormone.
However, GHRP-6 is "messier." It significantly stimulates hunger (via Ghrelin mimicry) and can slightly elevate cortisol and prolactin. It is the go-to peptide for bodybuilders who struggle to eat enough food during a bulk.

Mechanism of Action
GHRP-6 binds to ghrelin receptors.
- GH Release: Signals the pituitary to dump GH stores.

- Dosage: 100mcg - 150mcg per injection.
- Frequency: 2-3 times daily.
- Timing:
- Pre-Meal: Take 20 minutes before a meal. Within 15 minutes, you will likely feel ravenous hunger.
- Saturation: Doses above 200mcg provide diminishing returns on GH release but drastically increase cortisol/prolactin side effects.

The Stress Hormones: Unlike Ipamorelin, GHRP-6 causes a transient spike in Cortisol (stress) and Prolactin. Sensitive users may experience water retention, moodiness, or even gyno flare-ups (if prone to prolactin gyno).
1. Hunger Pain
The hunger can be distracting and uncomfortable if you are trying to diet. Do not use GHRP-6 on a cut.
2. Hypoglycemia
It can lower blood sugar. Feeling shaky or sweaty after injection is common if you don't eat soon after.
