MOD-GRF (1-29)

A clarification profile on Mod GRF 1-29, the tetrasubstituted GHRH often mislabeled as "CJC-1295 No DAC".

MOD-GRF (1-29)

MOD-GRF (1-29) is the correct chemical name for the peptide widely sold as "CJC-1295 No DAC".

They are the same compound.

The Naming Confusion

  1. GRF 1-29 (Sermorelin): The biological fragment. Half-life is ~5 minutes (too short).
  2. Mod GRF 1-29: Scientists swapped 4 amino acids in the GRF 1-29 chain. This "Tetrasubstitution" extended the half-life to 30 minutes, making it effective.
  3. CJC-1295: Originally, this referred to Mod GRF + a DAC complex added to it.
  4. Marketing Error: Peptide vendors started selling Mod GRF 1-29 as "CJC-1295 without the DAC," which is chemically confusing, but the name stuck.

  • Standard Dose: 100mcg.
  • Standard Stack: Mod GRF + Ipamorelin.

Why the Name Matters:

If you buy "Sermorelin," you are getting the non-modified version (short half-life). If you buy "Mod GRF 1-29," you are getting the modified version (longer half-life). Mod GRF is generally superior for bodybuilding purposes due to the better stability.
